Pastor’s Revelation

1st Lady’s Pen

Have you ever thought to yourselves or said, “why
is this happening to me?” Why am I going through
this? My kids are not listening, I’m doing the job of
three people at work, and no one cares that I’m
tired and need a vacation. My husband is a different person; not the man I married, or asked yourself, why am I not married? The answer to these
questions is through your relationship with
GOD. Your prayers can be answered, you just
have to start by praying, reading HIS Word, building that relationship with HIM. So, you may be doing that, but you don’t see anything happening,
pray until you get that answer. As women we take
so much on sometimes because we want to and
other times because we have to, but we don’t have
to do so alone. OUR Heavenly Father is always
there, and HE has the answer. The Bible tells us to
pray without ceasing, “Rejoice always, pray without
ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is
the will of God in Christ Jesus for you,” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. He will help you work it out.
This Women of Faith Day, we are encouraging you
to not put off doing the things that will bring you
balance, joy, love, and peace. Fight for your marriage, create boundaries with those adult children,
apply for that position, get that degree, take that
vacation. You can do it with guidance from God’s
Word and prayer. If you’re convicted to do these
things, to achieve your heart’s desires, don’t just
put it off, set it off. Pray, ask GOD if it is in His perfect will for your life, and wait for the answer. BUT
when GOD says go, DON’T PUT IT OFF: SET IT
OFF!
Thank you all for your continued love and support,
and as we move through 2024 being obedient to
GOD and what He has for the women of Revelation,
remember we are all going through something. Give yourself and your sister some grace as
we work on being the best Women of Faith we can
be, in Jesus’ name! I look forward to worshipping
and given GOD praise with you, and I encourage
you to invite someone to participate in our annual
Women of Faith Day, Sunday, March 17th.
Humbly submitted in HIS name,
Dr. Jeanne Wilson
